Pleomax12 Nov : 15:46 The company refused to give me the 7 days which i payed for. I payed them 2035 taka. 1000
taka for the connection and 1035 taka for the 24 hour Silver Package.
That is why i think the government should put a ban on such Fraudulent Companies.

job to pay.
In this way my line was disconnected till October 28th. Which means my line and the line of
6 other users were turned off for 7 days.
After my line was turned On i called the Customer Care and asked them that they should add
these 7 days at the end of the month.
Pleomax12 Nov : 15:45 I waited till 24th October and then i went out from where my CAT5 line came from and i found
out that it was connected to an 'Ethernet Switch'
An Ethernet Switch requires electricity to run and the switch was turned off.
Later i found out that the Power of the Switch came from a Customers house who is refusing
to turn on the power because ELBD is not going to pay the money for the electricity the
Switch is consuming which is approximately 150 Taka per Month.
Pleomax12 Nov : 15:45 But after one week suddenly i was disconnected. I called there Customer Care(01730033330-4)
and they said my connection will return within 3 hours and their engineers are looking into
it.
It was 21st October. That day the connection was not turned on. Next day i called the
Customer Care 5 times and they said the same thing that my line will come back within few
hours.
Pleomax12 Nov : 15:44 Last month i took a broadband connection from ELBD also known as Smile.
They have separate packages according to the customers need. I chose the 'Silver Package'
which is 512kbps SHARED.
After my line was started i saw that i was getting 20kbps download speed and i was
impressed.
